Eye Create Booking Policies
Please go through all policies before booking your appointment. If you have any trouble finding the time that works for you, please contact us via phone or text and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Here at Eye Create we understand life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and respect the time of our talented artists, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24 Hours notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours’ notice will be automatically charged a rescheduling fee of $25.
Same day cancelled/rescheduled: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled same day will be charged 50% of the cancelled appointment cost.
No shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Full set of lashes
Full sets require a reservation of 2 hours + which is a very large amount of time in our artist’s books. We ask that you please give us more than 24 hours notice if you need to move your full-set appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged a rescheduling fee of $100. Cancellations or reschedules occurring on the same business day as the appointment will be charged 50% of the full-set cost. “No Show” appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.
